The Problem
A state-scale system that existed only on paper
The Government of Rajasthan runs a large network of skill development and education programs across multiple departments: ITI colleges, polytechnics, vocational training centres, and higher education. Each department had its own offline or semi-offline workflow: admissions, placements, trainer management, scheme tracking. None of it talked to each other.
